Warranty Policy

UNIMAGNA Standard Warranty Services are offered as part of our after sales process. Our warranty policy covers any manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials and other issues from our manufacturing process. Units will be repaired or replaced at no cost to our customers for a specific period, provided that the proper usage, installation are followed as outlined in the UNIMAGNA warranty policy manual. Warranty offer:

  • System: 1 year warranty
  • Compressor: 1 year warranty
  • Breakables are not included (e.g. Lights, Glass)

Preventive Maintenance

A well maintained refrigeration system ensures efficient and trouble free business operation. Regular maintenance can prevent system breakdown & other potential problems from happening it will also extend the life of your refrigeration equipment. Our Standard Maintenance Program Plan includes general system check up, cleaning & repair of units under warranty. Our comprehensive maintenance program plan includes:

  • Repair of out-warranty units
  • Maintenance & improvement of your general facilities & other equipment
  • Upgrade request, external improvements of your refrigeration equipment

With our in-house parts inventory program, we guarantee the immediate supply of all our spare parts & accessories. We can assure the parts & accessories our customers will get are:

Refurbishing

Unimagna Service has a refurbishment service option for our customers. Refurbishment is repairing, improving or upgrading the look & performance of your old refrigeration equipment. Our refurbishment facility is equipped with the latest technology to perform the refurbishment services required by our customers. Refurbishment services:

  • Repair & improvement of system performance
  • Replacement or Re-painting of door, shelves, cabinet and other parts
  • Rebranding (customization)
  • Changing of lighting to LED for lower energy consumption
  • Installing of components, electronic parts & other accessories
