General Warranty Provision

Unimagna comes with a ONE (1) year System warranty, Time of warranty will start from the delivery date of the purchased item. Warranty does not cover negligence and improper use of the equipment
Glass and plastic parts such as Glass Door panels, light bulb / lamp, plastic logo, breaker frames, end caps and other breakables parts due to its fragile nature are not covered by the warranty.

Additional Four Year Compressor Warranty

In addition to the one year warranty, UPI will repair or replace the hermetically sealed-in compressor within FIVE (5) Years, provided in our judgment that the compressor is inoperative due to factory defects (all labor charges however will be for the account of the customer).

Terms and Conditions

The provision of the warranty shall not cover direct or indirect losses resulting from the failure of operation or malfunction of the unit, nor defect resulting from any of the following:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Improper use of the unit and non-compliance with prescribed instructions regarding normal operation and maintenance of the unit.
3. Operating the unit outside the voltage range of 198 volts (minimum) and 242 volts (maximum).
4. Operating without AVR in low voltage areas.
5. Improper fuses, faulty electrical circuitry of the customer’s place.
6. Negligence, tampering and/or unauthorized repair of the unit.
7. Improper handling and transport.
8. Faulty installation and/or improper grounding of unit.
9. Flood, fire, accident, force majeure or other acts of God.
The warranty will also be void if the serial number of the units is removed, altered or obliterated.
